Financial Options
At Hawthorne Children’s Dental, we are committed to delivering exceptional care tailored to your child’s needs, while offering flexible financial options to make their dental health a priority.
For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, personal checks, ACH, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, bitcoin and various cryptocurrencies, and financing through Care Credit. We also work with most dental insurance plans. Our goal is to provide top-quality care at a reasonable cost. Payment is requested at the time services are provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions about your account, please contact us at 213-444-4203.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time, please contact our office. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility, and we appreciate your prompt payment. We can set up a monthly payment plan, but this must be arranged before the procedure. Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
